2. Vision Statement

The vision for the Temenos Transact Implementation - D project is to seamlessly transition Test Republic Bank's 100,000 retail checking and savings accounts from our legacy 30-year-old Cobol-based mainframe system to the cloud-based SaaS solution, Temenos' Transact, without any disruption to client access. The project aims to modernize our banking infrastructure, ensuring a smooth go-live on New Year's Eve 2025, while maintaining full operational functionality and customer satisfaction.

  • Changes to third-party systems outside of Paymentus and LendingPad integrations.
  • Any non-automated testing methods.
