2. Vision Statement
The vision for the Temenos Transact Implementation - D project is to seamlessly transition Test Republic Bank's 100,000 retail checking and savings accounts from our legacy 30-year-old Cobol-based mainframe system to the cloud-based SaaS solution, Temenos' Transact, without any disruption to client access. The project aims to modernize our banking infrastructure, ensuring a smooth go-live on New Year's Eve 2025, while maintaining full operational functionality and customer satisfaction.

- Transition 100,000 retail checking and savings accounts to Temenos' Transact cloud-based solution.
- Ensure uninterrupted access for clients during the transition.
- Complete the system go-live by New Year's Eve 2025.
- Automate testing using Selenium for efficiency and accuracy.

Out of Scope:
- Migration of non-retail accounts (business accounts, etc.).
- Development of new features outside of Temenos' Transact standard offerings.
- Changes to third-party systems outside of Paymentus and LendingPad integrations.
- Any non-automated testing methods.
